The Checkout Conference is a strictly B2B event tailored for the grocery retail and FMCG industry. All attendees must be 18 years of age or older. The Organiser reserves the right to request valid identification upon entry.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the event organisers. Refunds are processed based on the following timeline:
- Cancellations received more than 21 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 21 days of the event date.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event, or failure to attend ("no-shows"), will be charged at full price.
Yes, tickets are transferable, meaning if you are unable to attend, you may nominate someone to attend in your place by notifying the organisers in advance.
Neither Madison Publications Ltd nor Checkout Ireland Ltd shall be held responsible or liable for any delay, postponement, or cancellation of The Event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, Acts of God, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, venue unavailability, or public health emergencies. In the event of cancellation or postponement due to any of these Force Majeure factors, no refunds will be issued to attendees or sponsors.
If you have any accessibility requirements, please inform the organisers ahead of the event so appropriate arrangements can be made to support your attendance. We also collect dietary requirements during the registration process. This information is shared with event partners, such as the venue or caterers, solely for fulfilling dietary, safety, or accessibility requirements.
Yes, by attending the Checkout Conference 2026, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded by the Organiser or its designated representatives. These materials will be used by Madison Publications Ltd for the official show report, promotional materials, social media, press releases, and future marketing campaigns.

The dress code for the Checkout Conference is Business Attire / Smart Casual. As this is a professional B2B event for the grocery and FMCG sector, we recommend dressing professionally but comfortably for a full day of networking.
Tickets for the Checkout Conference are €590 + VAT. A discount is available if you are purchasing multiple tickets for your team. On the day of the event, you do not need to print your ticket; you can simply show your confirmation on your phone upon arrival, though printed copies are also gladly accepted. BOOK HERE.
Yes, paid parking is available directly at the InterContinental Hotel. Alternatively, there is also paid parking available just across the road at the Clayton Hotel, which is generally more cost-effective.

- DART: The nearest station is Sandymount Station, located approximately 500 metres (a 5–6 minute walk) from the hotel.
- Bus: Several Dublin Bus routes serve the area immediately surrounding the hotel. The most convenient stops are located at RDS Ballsbridge (Merrion Road) or Anglesea Road.

No, you do not need to be there for the start of the breakfast, which runs from 7:50am to 8:40am. However, we would love for you to be seated and ready for the start of the conference and the opening remarks, which begins at 8:40am.
Yes, a buffet-style lunch will be provided from 1:15pm to 2:30pm. It is a great opportunity to relax, reflect, and discuss the day with fellow industry professionals. If you have any specific dietary requirements, you can let us know during the registration process, and we will endeavour to ensure the venue and catering staff accommodate your needs.
Yes. The event schedule, topics, speakers, and panellists are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or speaker availability. Agenda and timings may also be adjusted on the day. Please note that such changes do not qualify attendees for a refund or compensation.
Full payment for tickets and sponsorship packages must be received prior to The Event. The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry or cancel sponsorship benefits if payment is not received in full by the specified due date.
Attendees and sponsors are fully responsible for their own safety and belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Madison Publications Ltd nor Checkout Ireland Ltd accept liability for any personal injury, accidents, or loss or damage to personal property while attending The Event.
Yes, Madison Publications Ltd reserves the right of admission. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse entry or to remove any individual from The Event premises without a refund. This applies to anyone who displays disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour, poses a health or security risk, violates these Terms & Conditions, or fails to comply with the instructions of event staff and venue security.

We use your data for event administration, communication, health & safety, and marketing purposes. By registering for the event, you consent to receive communications relating to the conference and future events hosted by Madison Publications Ltd, but you can opt out at any time.
