Luke brings more than two decades of leadership experience across supply chain, operations, and people management. After beginning his career at Kerry Group and completing a BSc in Food Science at University College Cork, he joined Musgrave in 2003. He progressed through various senior roles, including Operations Manager, HR Director, and Chief Supply Chain Officer, and now holds responsibility for driving brand performance and long-term strategic direction across SuperValu and Centra.
