Martin started working in the field marketing industry in 2011 after starting his career working in recruitment in London. In his time with Green Field Marketing, Martin has worked closely with some of the UK and Ireland’s biggest brands, including C&C Group, KP Snacks, AG Barr, Diageo and GSK. His specialties lie within performance management and utilising the right data in the right way. His recent focus has been on utilising AI to drive efficiencies and maximise Green Field Marketing’s service offering, with a view to supplementing the office team rather than replacing them. Alongside the senior management team, Martin holds quarterly continuous improvement sessions, in which current tech offerings, and the use of technology in the retail environment, are at the forefront.
