Madison Publications Ltd and Checkout Conference organisers accept no liability for personal injury, accidents, or loss or damage to personal property while attending the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
The event schedule, topics, speakers, and panellists are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or speaker availability. Such changes do not qualify attendees for a refund or compensation.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove individuals violating this code without refund.

Madison Publications Ltd shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver the event if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, civil unrest, or venue unavailability.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
