Terms & Conditions – Checkout Conference 2025

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Checkout Conference 2025, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Liability

Madison Publications Ltd and Checkout Conference organisers accept no liability for personal injury, accidents, or loss or damage to personal property while attending the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

2. Ticket Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 21 days of the event date.
  • Cancellations received more than 21 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the event organisers.
  • Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate someone to attend in your place by notifying the organisers in advance.

3. Event Schedule & Speaker Changes

The event schedule, topics, speakers, and panellists are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or speaker availability. Such changes do not qualify attendees for a refund or compensation.

4. Photography, Filming & Media Usage

Checkout Conference 2025 will be photographed and filmed. These materials may be used by Madison Publications Ltd for:

  • Post-event reporting
  • Promotional purposes
  • Future marketing of conferences and related events

By attending, you grant Madison Publications Ltd the right to use your image, likeness, and voice for these purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photographs or recordings, please notify a member of staff upon arrival.

5. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. By registering for the event, you consent to receive communications relating to the conference and future events hosted by Madison Publications Ltd. You can opt out at any time.

6. Code of Conduct

Checkout Conference 2025 is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees. Disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove individuals violating this code without refund.

7. Accessibility

If you have any accessibility requirements, please inform the organisers ahead of the event so appropriate arrangements can be made to support your attendance.

8. Force Majeure

Madison Publications Ltd shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver the event if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, civil unrest, or venue unavailability.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
